Air Duct Optimization Design Based on Local Turbulence Loss Analysis and IMOCS Algorithm

Considering the complex flow state of duct field in exhaust system, structural parameters can significantly impact internal and noise. This paper takes noise generated by system under operating conditions as research object, studies mechanism generation through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation experimental test, proposes an optimization design method, that is, to improve structure adding guide vanes. In order maximize effect vane, a multiobjective its profile is required, including parametric expression vane profile, establishing variables objectives, Kriging approximation model. The IMOCS algorithm used accurately efficiently calculate Pareto front solution obtain optimal finally noise-reduction performance system. applies this method integrated stove head verify accuracy, prototype tests are conducted according results. test results show optimized cooker has improved outlet rate whole machine 1.2 m3/min reduced 2.3 dB.
